A little dated and bathroom needs a little updating.

The staff was responsive and communicative. The breakfast was delicious and varied. It was clean, and the added value of having a bidet in the toilet was great.

The room quite small

The staff was decent overall, with the daytime receptionist being particularly friendly. Breakfast was good, offering a variety of choices. Hotel situated in a central location, very closer to MRT, just a walk in distance.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, booking three rooms. However, the space was extremely limited—two people could barely move inside the room, and the bathroom had no adequate space, leading to a wet floor after each shower. Room service cleaned the room on the second day but failed to refill the body wash soap, requiring us to call and request a refill. We asked for an iron on Saturday, but it was only delivered late on Sunday night after a second reminder. We requested an extension until 1:00 PM for check-out since our flight was at 8:30 PM, but only one of our three rooms was allowed to stay until 2:00 PM. Ideally, all three rooms should have been granted an extension until at least 1:00 PM, considering we had paid for each room separately.

Nice room, great location, good breakfast included, near a metro stop and quiet on the 5th floor. IBIS is a brand to remember.

The location was great, near markets and metros. Breakfast was good and pork-meat free, witch was excellent for me.

The bed was horrible. Not any sort of mattres, hard as a rock. The fridge were not that cool, a bit warmish.

The room is simple and clean. the staff are kind. The location of the hotel is good, it it close to many of the attractions and close to a train station. The place was safe.

The bathroom was not well lit and I did not like that the door of the bathroom did not have handle from the outside. it meant the bathroom door was a bit open whenever not in use.

Good location, super helpful staff, good and decent for the value

Pillows were not too stiff- but that’s a personal preference. Nothing to complain, really

The breakfast is pretty bad and limited. For the price I would expect much better options

Its location is amazing its literally a small walk from bugis, little india and the MRT and also there is this local market close to it which was amazing So if you like shopping there are tons of shopping options as bugis mall , this local market and lots of placesIf you love food there are tons of fruit vendors, local cafes and restaurants close byIf you like electronics there is also Sim lim square very close to the hotel which is an electronics paradiseThe location is excellent

Extremely small rooms but comfortable

Great pool. We used the subway that was only 100 meters from us easily. We ate in the neighborhood venues adequately. Everything close by was good because we had just arrived and suffered fro jet lag.

Close to Rochor MRT Station and also bus stop. Nice place for a short stay. Convenience store is just next door. Absolutely love the drinking water filter in the bathroom. Friendly staff.

Great location, clean, minimal and modern. A great place to sleep and explore the city from. The drinking water filter on the bathroom sink was a nice touch.

The front staff offered no hospitality whatsoever, just did the bare minimum to check us in and out. Shower curtain was short, causing splatter over half the dry bathroom floor. Bidet is on the wrong side of the toilet. Price is understandably not that “budget” considering the location, but could definitely be lower considering the barebones customer experience and the compactness of the room provided.

very close to metro, clean and well-maintained. friendly staff, beautiful lobby for picture-taking. fairly good-priced for the location. decent toiletries provided.

bidet is in the left side of the bowl so it is tricky to use by most right-handed guestsbathrooms gets flooded too easily, bath mat not very good. some rooms need more mirrors.

The breakfast selection was really nice. They have a different menu every day and the food was always good. It is also good that they impose a $5 per 100g food leftover during breakfast so that people will be encouraged to finish their food. Staff are nice. Hotel is walking distance (3 minutes away) from Rochor MRT station which is the downtown line. There's a 711 convenience store downstairs, and another one across the street.

The bathroom corners and edges are dirty. And the floor is not clean because the first time the floor got wet, I wiped it with a paper towel and the paper towel became dirty black.

Walking distance 2min to MRT, downstairs got 7-11 very convenient.

Toilet , and the bedsheet abit dirty. The toilet design look like toilet hospital. The bedsheet not sure when customer checkout is it got exchange a clean one, the 1st day when I check in, the bed make me itchy. Tomorrow morning ask them change the bedsheet then feel better. And the Aircorn can’t feel it, and very noisy. I can accept the noise from outside but I can’t accept the noise from the Aircorn pipe. Very disturbing.

The location only

They only clean the room in the evening, even though you ask them multiple times since the morning. After cleaning the room, the room is still dirty I end up cleaning it myself after they leave.

Great location! Rochor MRT station is only about 2 mins walk away. The hotel is also near Bugis and Little India. The rooms were very clean; breakfast options were excellent; and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Maybe the only downside is the size of the shower/bathroom, but overall this hotel is good value for money. We will definitely stay here again ?
